Just to assure everybody that during the current situation we are still here and working all the hours we can.
Please note that for the foreseeable future we will only be answering the phone between the following times :-
Monday - 10.00am-12.30pm & 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Tuesday - 10.00am-12.30pm & 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Thursday - 10.00am-12.30pm & 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Friday - 10.00am-12.30pm & 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Closed Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
We need to restrict our hours on the phone as we are working seven days a week getting all the online orders out to customers.
If you don't want to use your card online, no problem. Place you order through the website and then click on 'pay by post' at the checkout. This will send us a copy of your order and we can arrange a time to call you to make payment, easy!
We are busier that ever, everybody is bored at home and wanting to sort their bikes.
We are now shipping, in the UK,
Everything larger that a Royal Mail 'large letter' by DPD. This is the reason for the shipping cost increase, but we are barely covering our costs on this.
Royal Mail 'Large Letters' are being posted in the local post box, which is emptied daily, with stamps on them.
The supply chain is getting better all the time and all of the couriers are still working flat out to complete their deliveries.
Some Kawasaki, Honda & Yamaha back orders are taking longer than usual to arrive, although this is improving all the time. Please bear with us on this, we will keep you updated the best we can.
