Primary Side Crankshaft Collar - DT175

Primary Drive Collar

This is the spacer that fits on the crank on the right side of the engine between the crank bearing and the primary gear.

It is advisable to change this fairly regularly, especially if the bike has been sitting for a while as rust can start to bubble up under the chrome and destroy your oil seal.

The general rule is 1st time you replace the seals turn the collar round, second time you replace the seals use a new collar. If the collar has 4 polished lines on it has already been turned so replace
