Supplied in kit form so you have to assemble yourself

Dead easy - the only thing you need to look out for is the pivot collar, this only fits one way. If you look inside it you will see it is only threaded half way, the threaded section goes to the bottom. The unthreaded part is designed to fit over the small shoulder under the bolt head.
