These are the standard weight Honda spring
 
DON'T fit heavy duty ones as they are, well, HEAVY all they do is make the clutch lever very hard to use. 
 
If you are suffering from a jerky clutch then you need to fit the updates HD Clutch friction plate set and that will cure it.
